Sequestered in the Porte Noire Studios at Wiregrass, Shear Blonde is the place to go for high quality styles, products and services. We love that we are able to deliver top results at reasonable prices to all of our guests.

For as long as she can remember, hair has always been Katie’s passion. As a child she knew it was all that she wanted to do. Katie gained lots of practice on all of her friends, and even got to do her older sister’s hair for her prom! Katie’s goal is to create a comfortable, peaceful experience so every guest can feel their very best. She believes in educating her guests on how to perfectly style their own hair and loves making every guest feel confident and beautiful. As a business owner, Katie stays on the go. Although she loves being a business partner with her best friend, when she’s not pampering her guests Katie is somewhere being super mom and enjoying quality family time with her husband.
EXPERIENCE
In 2007 Katie graduated from Paul Mitchell - The School Tampa. For the past 11 years Katie worked at a Tampa salon perfecting her skills and has continued her education in all areas of cosmetology. Katie specializes in blonde and excels with the bridal services she offers. With dedication to the health of her guests hair, only hair products by Kevin Murphy (which are all organic, eco-friendly, sulfate free, paraffin free, and cruelty free) are used.

Every since Lauren was a little girl her dream was to do hair. Now she's an energetic master of lived in color, a business owner and blessed beyond belief. Lauren is passionate about listening to her guest to give each one their own desired look. When she's not standing over her salon chair creating sexy and chic designs, she is most likely spending time with her husband and their newborn son.
EXPERIENCE
Lauren is a Redken Certified Colorist, and has been in the industry for over 10 years. She advanced from a Redken Elite Salon where she has trained with some of the top professionals in the industry. She specializes in Color, Precision cutting, Bridal Updos, Facial waxing, and Smoothing treatments. She believes continuing education is one of the most important things in the beauty industry, and strives to always learn the most current trends in the beauty world.
